NEW YEAR SALE HIGHLIGHTS

We got 2012 off to a good start with another exciting Fine Art sale.  The main highlight had to be the private collection of loose diamonds and sovereigns which created a huge amount of pre sale interest.  Lot 533 did particularly well realising £3,300, with the various coins selling for between £190- £1,100.

Two other notable lots were 124, the long case clock, and 313, the automaton musical box.  The first sold to a phone bidder for just under £5,500, and the second also to a phone bidder for £3,600.
