On all lots purchased, Buyer's Premium:

17.625% (inclusive of VAT) (15% + VAT)

VENDORS

For each lot sold, commission and loss and warranty charge:

16.5% of hammer price + VAT (on all items realising £1,000 and under)

11.5% of hammer price + VAT (on all items realising £1,001 and over)

A minimum commission of £2.00 (£1.70 + VAT) will be charged on every lot

All electrical items must be tested to prove safety: the cost of such a test is £5.00 per item

No lotting or unsold fees
