AUTUMN SALE HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE

Lot 685

A diamond single stone ring, the brilliant cut of approximately 3.18 carats, between baguette set shoulders, the white metal mount stamped '18ct' and 'Plat', finger size K, with an Anchor certificate no.20017886, clarity SI and colour L

Lot 249

An 18th century style oil on canvas, possibly by a follower of Claude Vernet, a harbour scene, with sailing vessels in the background, with fishing boats and figures to the foreground, gilt frame, 15ins x 21.5ins

Lot 255

A silver and mother of pearl casket, circa 1900, struck with two French 'ant' import marks, the foliate mother of pearl panels set between waved strap work, rococo style escutcheon and bracket supports, with wooden lined two division interior, length 9ins, height 5ins, depth 5.5ins, this casket was originally owned by HRH the Duke of Gloucester before being presented to the Tewkesbury Abbey Restoration Fund in 1938, an engraved plaque stating this is included in the lot
